Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-13 · EDS Mobile LLC
These terms cover the Click Flix app and clickflix.dev (together, "Click Flix"), run by EDS Mobile LLC ("we", "us"). By using Click Flix you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Click Flix.
What Click Flix does
Click Flix helps you identify movies and TV shows from audio, your camera, clips, screenshots or a line you type. It plays official clips and shows where a title is available to stream, rent or buy, along with current deals from streaming services. Click Flix is free to use.
Who can use it
Click Flix isn't directed to children, and you may not use it if you're under 13. If you're under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Results, availability and deals
- Identification uses AI and can be wrong. Treat a match as our best guess.
- Streaming availability comes from TMDB and JustWatch. It can be out of date and varies by region.
- Deals are the streaming services' own offers. Each service sets its offers and terms, decides who qualifies, can change or end an offer at any time, and handles sign-up, billing and cancellation. Check the details on the service's page before you subscribe. We don't guarantee any offer.
Third-party services and links
Click Flix links to and opens streaming services, stores and other sites we don't control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Clips play in YouTube's player through the YouTube API Services: by using Click Flix you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to clips you watch. Title data and images come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Affiliate links
Some links to streaming services are affiliate links. If you sign up through them, the service may pay EDS Mobile LLC a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don't decide which services we show for a title: that comes from availability data.
Your content
You give us permission to process the audio, frames, clips, screenshots and text you send, only to identify the title and run Click Flix, as our Privacy Policy describes. You keep any rights you have in them. Only send content you have the right to share, and point the camera at a screen, not at people.
Fair use
- Don't use Click Flix to break the law or anyone's rights.
- Don't scrape, copy or resell our results, data or deals, or run automated tools against our app, website or API.
- Don't try to get around rate limits or security, overload our servers, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- Don't misuse sign-up links, for example by generating fake clicks.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Ownership
Click Flix, its name, logo, app, website and software belong to EDS Mobile LLC. Movie and show titles, artwork and clips belong to their owners, and streaming services' names and logos are their owners' trademarks. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse or partner with Click Flix.
No warranty
Click Flix is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always work or be error-free, or that results, availability or deals will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EDS Mobile LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything a third-party service does, including its offers, charges or subscriptions. Our total liability for any claim about Click Flix is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update Click Flix and these terms. When the terms change, we'll update the date at the top. If you keep using Click Flix after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
